Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings for events, retreats, or services are subject to availability and confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your spot.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In certain cases, we may allow rescheduling or credit at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any event or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, you may be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

Health and Participation

By participating in any AMANARI experience, including wellness events, yoga, Pilates, or retreats, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and agree that you are voluntarily engaging in these activities. You are responsible for consulting with a medical professional prior to participation if necessary.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that AMANARI, its founders, partners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in our Services.

You expressly assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, travel risks, or unforeseen incidents.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by AMANARI, including branding, text, images, videos, and materials, is the property of AMANARI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Photography and Media Release

By attending our events or retreats, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.

You grant AMANARI the right to use your image, likeness, and participation in any media without compensation, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Third-Party Services and Collaborations

Our Services may include collaborations with third-party brands, venues, or service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of such third parties.

Any interaction with third-party providers is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMANARI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMANARI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
